Learn how to reconstruct 3D structures from TEM images. You’ll get detailed information on volume and area as well as more thorough information on morphology.
In this 2-day training course you’ll learn how to perform 3D reconstruction of a series of TEM images acquired with a standard TEM.
By the end of this course you’ll be able to:
Basic knowledge of TEM sample prep and imaging will be needed for this course.
But don’t worry if you need to learn that too, we can tailor made the right training package that includes all the necessary skills that you need.
You can also bring your own sample, and get some data out of it at the same time with 3D reconstruction of a region of your choice.
All our courses are mostly individually run – only then you get the benefit of having a lot of hands on practice and we can ensure the training is perfectly suited to your needs – including the samples and microscope conditions you’re most likely to need.
During the training, we will demonstrate to you the necessary steps involved in TEM imaging and processing of the images. You will then repeat the procedures until you feel comfortable with them.
At the course completion you will receive a certificate of attendance.
